Richard Pettey

Richard Pettey is Vice President of White Oak Enterprises, where he supports the family office and the Bainum family across a wide range of financial, operational, and strategic matters. Prior to joining White Oak, Richard was a management consultant at Bain & Company, and he began his career in education, including serving as a high school teacher through Teach For America, founding a charter school in Mississippi, and working at the U.S. Department of Education. He holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Spanish from Auburn University and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
