Target companies have enterprise values between $10-50 million dollars and generate $3-5 million of EBITDA. Target companies likely have recurring revenues, low capital intensity, and substantial opportunities for operational improvement and consolidation. The firm’s geographic focus is national, with a sourcing strategy rooted in subsector specialization that is refreshed every six months to identify the most promising niches based on fragmentation, capital intensity, regulatory risk, and likely buyer interest at exit.
